It’s possible to reach the city of Ivrea by taxi or by train, every 30 minutes there are connections between Turin Caselle railway station (about 150 meters from the airport) and Turin stations of Dora, Porta Susa and Lingotto. The service is open from 05:00 am to 09:00 pm. From there you can take the Turin-Aosta train to Ivrea station.

Ivrea is on the Turin-Aosta line. You can take a train from Torino Dora or Torino Porta Susa station and reach Ivrea in about an hour.
